Job Title: Conference Production Manager
Location: Mumbai (Andheri west)
Reports to: Managing Director / Director-Conference

Role Summary
Own end-to-end planning and execution of conference, content, speaker curation, and on-ground
event delivery—including awards, venue operations, and curated audience experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Programmed Development
-Design conference theme, agenda, and session formats.
-Identify relevant industry topics aligned with business goals.
-Structure panels, keynotes, fireside chats for high engagement.
-Ensure content quality, flow, and timing discipline.
Speaker Curation & Management
-Identify, approach, and onboard top-tier speakers (CXOs, architects, developers, thought leaders)
-Manage speaker communication, confirmations, and contracts
-Brief speakers on session objectives and talking points
-Coordinate travel, hospitality, and on-stage experience.
Audience Curation
-Build a high-value, invite-only audience mix.
-Work with sales/marketing to ensure right delegate profile.-Track RSVPs, attendance quality, and engagement levels.
Event Execution (End-to-End)
-Lead overall event planning and run-of-show.
-Coordinate with production, AV, stage, and branding teams.
-Ensure seamless on-ground execution and time management.
-Handle VIP movement, hosting, and protocol.
Awards Management
-Design award categories and criteria.
-Manage jury process and evaluation.
-Oversee nominations, shortlisting, and winner selection.
-Execute awards ceremony (scripts, trophies, stage flow).
Venue & F&B Management
-Coordinate with venue for layouts, seating, and logistics.
-Curate Premium F&B experience aligned with audience profile.
-Ensure service quality, timing, and guest comfort.
Stakeholder Coordination
-Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design).
-Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners.
-Ensure sponsor deliverables and integrations are executed.

Experience
-7 to 10+ years in conferences/events/content production
-Experience in B2B exhibitions, architecture/design, or real estate preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
