Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations in our sheet metal fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to electrical panel manufacturing and hands-on experience in managing laser cutting, turret punching, forming, welding, and powder coating operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete production operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all processes
- Coordinate with planning, design, purchase, and dispatch teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Monitor production costs and reduce wastage
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
- Handle client inspections and audits
- Develop and train production team and supervisors
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in sheet metal fabrication manufacturing
- Prior experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of laser cutting, CNC turret punching, bending, welding, and powder coating
- Experience in handling a team of supervisors and operators
- Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering preferred)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
