Key Responsibilities
Systems Support
- Provide administrative support for HSE systems as usage and requests grow.
- Assist in testing and development of new modules and systems under the direction of the HSE Systems Director.
- Support integration of data for leadership and departmental needs.
- Develop and manage action plans in response to Archaea and bp-led reviews and audit findings.
- Create and maintain digital dashboards and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of digital tools for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Documentation Management
- Organize and maintain the HSE SharePoint site as directed by the Systems & Performance Director.
- Serve as the technical writer for the HSE team, ensuring clarity and consistency in documentation.
- Act as the HSE Document Manager, overseeing the ticketing system and document library.
- Ensure documentation is reviewed and audited according to established cadences and compliance requirements.

Work Experience
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in document control, systems administration, or HSE support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HSE or compliance-driven environments.
- Familiarity with audit processes and performance tracking systems.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reports.
- Experience with ticketing systems and document lifecycle management.
