Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled MID SPM ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting SPM solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Implement and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and related SPM functionalities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM).
- Strong knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS-SPM certification.
- Experience with ITSM modules.
- Exposure to ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
