Position: System Administrator
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Reports To: IT Manager / General Manager
Job Summary
The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, user accounts, operating systems, email systems, backups, and business applications. The role ensures uninterrupted IT operations, supports hotel staff, and maintains data security across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), VMware, or CompTIA are preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, Biometric Attendance, CCTV, IP Telephony, and ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity best practices, and disaster recovery planning.
