Key duties include assisting our Care Manager by overseeing daily operations, Nurse and care staffstaff supervisions, compliance with care standards to ensure resident dignity and well-being. maintain patient records, and coordinating care plans with Care coordinators.
Nursing Qualification ( BSC/GNM) & relevant experience required
Key Skills: Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills required
Preferred Experience : 1-2 years experience as nurse supervisor or incharge in aged care or hospital setup.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
