Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
- Additional courses in accounting will be added value.
Experience: 2-3 years in accounting and bookkeeping Experience Required.
Preferred Skills: Zoho Books (MUST) Software Knowledge Preferable, knowledge of accounting principles.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Basic knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Zoho Books Software will be preferred.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain aging reports.
- Verify vendor bills and process payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger balances.(Inward and Outward)
- Coordinate with Inter Team and CA for financial statements and returns and other queries resolving
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely
- Prepare and file TDS and GST return as per regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
- Support external audits and tax filings as needed
