Role Definition
PM is responsible for execution of given scope of work as per drawings and specifications in allotted time with desired quality.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring execution work as per GFC and projects specs.
Day to day coordination with PM, Consultants and contractors for maintaining flow of work.
Adherence to completion of milestone of schedules.
Ensuringquality control monitoring for all activities with Safety.
Tasks & Activities
- Bill preparations and quantity certification in time.
- Preparing DPR, WPR, MPR and get it checked by PM.
- Arranging weekly meeting of contractors.
- Timely Indent of materials and follow-up of same.
- Timely consultants visit and certifications with min or no NCR.
- Proving solutions for hurdles which are not in control of Sr and Jr Enggs.
- Followup with PMO teams
- Preparing BOQ for various activities.
- Maintaining all documents reqd for QHSE, SAFETY on site.
- Ensuring availability materials and labour
- Maintaining all documents in specified formats.
- Preparing mockups of each activities, prior to start of work.
Eligibility
- B.E. (Civil) / B.E. (Construction) from recognized Institute /University
- Minimum exp. 6+ years in the same.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
