Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Connect with leads provided by the company and follow up regularly.
- Introduce and explain the agency's digital marketing services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update lead information in Google Sheets, CRM, or other assigned platforms.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
