Job Description
SMS ENTERPRISE is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its Solar EPC division. The role involves lead follow-up, customer meetings, site visits, solar system explanation, quotation handling, and order closure. Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Follow-up
- Follow up on daily leads provided by the company
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into prospects
2. Customer Communication & Site Visits
- Communicate professionally with customers via calls and WhatsApp
- Visit customer sites for meetings, surveys, and presentations
3. Solar System & Subsidy Explanation
- Explain solar system working, benefits, and features in simple language
- Provide correct information about government subsidies (PM Suryaghar Yojana, GEDA, etc.)
4. Quotation & Negotiation
- Prepare quotations as per customer requirements
- Explain pricing clearly and negotiate professionally
5. Order Closing & Coordination
- Convert prospects into confirmed orders
- Collect advance payments and complete required documentation
- Coordinate with technical and project teams after order confirmation
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
- Must be based in Surat or willing to work in Surat
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales
(Real Estate / FMCG / Telecom / Insurance / Solar preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience
- Own two-wheeler (Bike compulsory)
- Valid driving license required
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in solar sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
