Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Legal Executive with 3–5 years of experience in real estate, property, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, sound knowledge of property laws and regulatory procedures, and the ability to independently manage legal documentation, due diligence, litigation coordination, and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and liaise with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
Handle litigation matters, including coordinating court cases, preparing case briefs, and monitoring case progress.
Draft and file police complaints, legal notices, pleadings, written statements, counter statements, affidavits, and compliance documents.
Conduct title verification, title searches, and prepare title search reports for immovable properties.
Render legal opinions on property titles, property laws, and related legal procedures. Conduct legal due diligence for land and property transactions, including scrutiny and verification of original documents.
Draft, review, vet, and negotiate legal documents such as: o Sale Deeds o Sale Agreements
o Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) o Lease Agreements o Legal Notices o Correspondence and other contractual documents
Handle registration and conveyancing processes, Khatha transfers, mutation, and revenue related matters.
Liaise with statutory authorities including BDA, BMRDA, Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Department, and other government agencies.
Support RERA compliance by providing legal documentation and coordinating with liaison teams.
Attend various courts, government offices, and statutory authorities as required.
Provide legal support and advisory to internal departments including Sales, CRM, Engineering, Projects, and Management on regulatory matters and operational risks. Independently respond to legal queries from internal stakeholders and customers. Coordinate with external advocate offices for obtaining legal opinions and case updates. Maintain legal records, litigation tracker, case files, agreements, and statutory documentation. Ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills. Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, registration, conveyancing, revenue matters.
Experience in title verification, legal due diligence, and document scrutiny. Good understanding of litigation procedures and court practices.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments. High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation management.
Qualification :- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
Enrolment with the State Bar Council will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a real estate developer, law firm, construction company, or corporate legal department.
Experience in handling property documentation, title due diligence, litigation coordination, RERA-related matters, and interactions with government authorities.
Language Requirement English & Kannada – Mandatory
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
