Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Attend and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company procedures.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents accurately.
- Assist various departments with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Communication & Coordination
- Respond to general inquiries from visitors, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor management.
- Provide basic information regarding the company and direct queries to the concerned personnel.
Office Support
- Monitor office supplies at the reception and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Support HR and Administration teams with documentation and other administrative activities.
- Ensure professional telephone etiquette and prompt response to emails when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's /Bachelor Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in reception or front office operations will have an added advantage.
