Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain dealer networks.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online marketing tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
Experience in digital marketing and social media promotions.
Knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives Based on Revenue Performance, petrol allowance, early increments,ESI, health insurance, bonus
