You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, supporting pricing and commercial performance analytics to help business stakeholders understand the impact of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market dynamics on business performance. You will analyze pricing realization, volume trends, and commercial outcomes to generate actionable insights that support forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver performance reporting, identify opportunities and risks, and improve visibility into pricing effectiveness across markets and channels.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related quantitative field • 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing analytics, commercial analytics, revenue management, category management, sales strategy, or business performance analysis • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications • Experience working with large datasets, data manipulation, and performance reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and business implications • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, tobacco, retail, or related industries • Exposure to pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, customer planning, or revenue growth management • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy • Knowledge of forecasting, commercial planning, or performance management processes • Familiarity with cloud-based analytical and reporting platforms
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze pricing performance, volume trends, and commercial KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives • Monitor pricing realization against forecasts and identify drivers of performance variances • Support the development and refinement of pricing assumptions by evaluating market trends, pricing levers, and business performance indicators • Generate recurring reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track pricing and commercial performance metrics • Consolidate, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business reviews and decision-making • Identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers through data analysis and trend monitoring • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support forecasting, planning, and resource allocation decisions • Partner with commercial, strategy, finance, and performance teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support • Prepare presentations and executive summaries that communicate key findings and business implications • Support ad-hoc analytical requests related to pricing, promotions, category performance, and commercial strategy • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, data quality, and analytical frameworks • Communicate analytical findings effectively to stakeholders across different geographies and business function
