Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for production and factory roles through field recruitment, job portals, and local networks
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Visit industrial areas, job fairs, and local communities for candidate sourcing
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closure of open production positions
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or production hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities
