Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers & Admission Counsellors to connect with prospective students and parents, understand their academic goals, provide career guidance, and help them choose the right career program.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads and databases.
- Counsel students regarding courses, entrance exams, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Schedule counseling sessions and follow up with leads regularly.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling phone-based counseling and sales conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, education sales, or inside sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
