Your work profile
- As Assistant Manager in our Cyber, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
- Responsible for end-to-end development, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules. Works with senior team members to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
- Customize UI Pages, Widgets, and Catalog Items as per requirements.
- Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts.
- Collaborate with the business analyst and architects to refine technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform performance.
- Participate in platform upgrades and version alignment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- Familiar with integration techniques using REST/SOAP.
- Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
- CSA certification required; CIS certification is an advantage.
