Responsibilities
- Develop engaging training curricula utilizing instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Deliver compelling training sessions through classroom instruction, virtual platforms, and e-learning modules using tools like Adobe Captivate and LMS (Learning Management System).
- Collaborate with HR teams to create onboarding programs, employee orientation sessions, and succession planning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Manage program design and content development for various training initiatives, ensuring materials are clear, accurate, and tailored to adult learners’ needs.
- Utilize data collection and research methods to assess training effectiveness through employee evaluation metrics and performance management systems like Workday or HRIS platforms.
- Support change management efforts by communicating new policies or processes effectively via public speaking engagements and presentations.
- Mentor employees and managers on talent development strategies, coaching techniques, and conflict management to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training delivery, instructional design, or program management within a human resources or learning & development setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development methodologies such as ADDIE and adult education principles.
- Proficiency with learning technology tools including Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, LMS platforms, HRIS systems like Workday or Human Capital Management software such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content for classroom experience or virtual training sessions.
- Familiarity with performance management processes, employee evaluation techniques, and talent management strategies such as succession planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field; additional certifications in instructional design or change management are a plus.
