Tacticity Advisors is a fast-growing regulatory science practice helping MedTech startups and device companies navigate U.S. FDA, founded by a former FDA CDRH lead reviewer. We're building the go-to regulatory partner for high-growth MedTech companies, and we're looking for someone hungry to grow with us.
This isn't a typical BD role. You'll be reaching out directly to founders, CEOs, and regulatory leaders at some of the most exciting companies in the space, building a pipeline from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. And after a year of strong performance, there's a genuine path to transition into venture capital, working alongside the investors backing the very companies you'll already know inside out.
- What You'll Do
- Reach out to MedTech founders, executives, and regulatory leaders to build genuine relationships, not just cold outreach
- Own and grow our outreach pipeline end to end, from first contact to qualified conversation
- Use AI tools to work efficiently and research prospects smarter and faster
- Build real fluency in the MedTech industry and its regulatory landscape, working alongside a founder who spent years reviewing submissions inside FDA itself
- What We're Looking For
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, comfortable building process rather than just following one
- Strong communicator, confident reaching out to founders and senior leaders
- Curious, resourceful, genuinely interested in the MedTech and regulatory space
- Bonus: interest in venture capital or startups as a long-term career direction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
