About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst Intern to join
our Technology team. The intern will work closely with product managers, developers,
operations teams, and business stakeholders to document requirements, create BRDs, analyze
business processes, and support technology implementation projects.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students interested in technology, business
analysis, product management, ERP systems, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Gathering
● Interact with business teams to understand operational challenges and requirements.
● Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
● Document business and technical requirements clearly.
Documentation & BRD Creation
● Create and maintain:
○ Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
○ Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
○ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
○ User Stories
○ Process Flow Diagrams
○ Wireframes and User Flows
● Prepare meeting notes and requirement summaries.
Process Analysis & Improvement
● Analyze existing business workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
● Design and document optimized business processes.
● Assist in introducing new technology-driven operational processes.
● Create process maps and workflow diagrams.
Technology Implementation Support
● Coordinate with development teams during feature development.
● Assist in requirement clarification and testing activities.
● Track project progress and implementation milestones.
● Support ERP, mobile app, and web platform enhancement initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Testing
● Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
● Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Report bugs and track resolutions.
● Verify implemented features against business requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
● Analyze operational and business data.
● Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
● Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
● Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
● Familiarity with mobile applications, websites, and ERP systems.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
● Understanding of flowcharts and process mapping.
● Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations is a plus.
Soft Skills

● Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
● B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

● Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
● Prior internship experience in Product, Operations, Technology, or Business Analysis is a
plus.
