- Team Management: Supervises POC Executives and Relationship Managers, conducting daily morning meetings to assign leads and motivate the team.
- Sourcing & Exchange Operations: Drives the evaluation and procurement of used cars, often managing deals where customers exchange their old vehicle for a new Maruti Suzuki model.
- Sales Targets: Oversees the end-to-end sales cycle of pre-owned cars, ensuring high standards for the 376-point vehicle check and customer delivery.
- Process Management: Tracks transactions via the Maruti Suzuki Dealer Management System (DMS) and handles required paperwork.
