In this position, you will get to:
- Lead PMO and establish governance across Software and Mechanical programs
- Drive execution using NPD stage-gate, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
- Own program delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality) with strong accountability
- Manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and global stakeholder alignment
- Provide executive-level reporting (MBRs, QBRs) with clear insights
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital tool adoption (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering environments
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience managing cross-functional software, mechanical, and simulation programs
- Strong ability to understand business and customer requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Understanding of engineering lifecycle including NPD/NPI
- Data-driven execution with metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
- High adaptability, ownership, and accountability mindset
