We are hiring a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment. If you have strong communication skills and experience working with US clients and candidates, we’d love to connect with you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) to find qualified candidates for non-technical positions.
- Candidate Vetting: Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate communication skills, reliability, and also room interviews.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of candidates to ensure quick turnaround times for high-volume requirements.
- Tax & Visa Literacy: Basic understanding of US tax terms and work authorization status.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and account managers/clients and follow up on feedback.
- Database Management: Ensure all candidate interactions and statuses are accurately updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of experience specifically in US Recruitment.
Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent to effectively communicate with US candidates.
Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet daily submission targets.
Knowledge: Familiarity with US geography, time zones, and general labour categories.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience of US Recruitment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (in-office) | Remaining hours WFH
