Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities, schedule meetings with key decision-makers, and prepare professional business proposals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to manage the entire outreach process from prospect identification to meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company databases, referrals, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
- Contact decision-makers and schedule meetings, discovery calls, and business presentations.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth communication between prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Send meeting invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain records of all scheduled meetings and outcomes.
Proposal Writing & Documentation
- Draft, customize, and submit professional business proposals, partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals to address their business needs.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and collaboration agreements when required.
- Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted and submitted within deadlines.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Experience scheduling meetings with senior executives, founders, and decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, healthcare, digital marketing, consulting, or startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
