Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Trainers to deliver technical training programs for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching or training experience and a strong interest in mentoring learners. Candidates from Java, Python, Full Stack Development, or other technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not mandatory, as domain-specific training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions as per the curriculum.
- Guide learners through practical exercises, assignments, and project work.
- Ensure effective learner engagement and classroom management.
- Support workshops, seminars, orientation programs, and academic initiatives.
- Track learner progress and provide continuous feedback and mentoring.
- Participate in internal training and upskilling programs.
- Travel when required for training sessions, college engagements, and workshops.
Eligibility
- BE / MCA (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines).
- 1–3 years of experience in teaching, training, or technical mentoring roles.
- Prior experience in technical training environments is preferred.
- Salesforce exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates from Java, Python, Full Stack Development, or similar technical domains are welcome.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Passion for teaching and learner development.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Exposure to academic or institutional training programs is preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
