Job Summary
A Field Service Executive is responsible for visiting client locations to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and service products. The role involves customer interaction, technical support, timely issue resolution, and maintaining service records to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites for service, installation, or maintenance activities.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Install and configure products as per company standards.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Educate customers on product usage and maintenance.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply depending on company requirements.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in field operations, customer support, or technical service preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
