Job Summary:
We are hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, training end-users, and providing support during and after deployment. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules including but not limited to Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose best-fit solutions using Odoo’s capabilities.
- Participate in full-cycle implementation projects: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments or integrations.
- Create user documentation and deliver functional training to clients and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
- Test new Odoo features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with Odoo ERP.
- Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
