Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making sales calls, cold calling, and handling incoming inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identifying prospective customers, explaining product benefits, and closing sales deals over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer information/databases in CRM systems.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of calls, successful sales, and unsuccessful attempts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
