1 HR associate - Machilipatnam - Must be Hindi Speaking
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, joining formalities, exit formalities, offer generation, and salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws related to HR operations including background verification and payroll management.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth execution of HR processes like attendance management and performance appraisal.
- Provide support in resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
Onboard
- Fill up the joining forms for newly joined employees.
- Issue joining letters
- Collect documents as per checklist
- Provide thumb access upon receiving confirmation from the reporting manager
Offboard
- Obtain the exit reason / feedback from the employee.
- Remove thumb access immediately upon exit by mentioning exit date
Collect any company assets such as mobile, Laptop & ID cards etc that were issued at the time of joining. Identifying Manpower gaps
- Review the current workforce.
- Determine future staffing needs based on monthly and yearly sales targets.
Execution
- Identify suitable recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Create job postings and advertisements.
- Call candidates and schedule interviews for screening and technical rounds as per the Technical Managers availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
