We are Hiring | Regional Sales Manager (B2C Retail Sales)
(preferably Roofing PPGI, asbestos sheets, metal sheets, cement sheets, or any roofing products)
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Zonal Responsibility) to drive B2C retail sales through channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Base Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Bangalore
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in B2C retail channel sales (preferably Roofing PPGI, asbestos sheets, metal sheets, cement sheets, or any roofing products)
- Qualification: MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and value targets.
- Strong understanding of various types of building materials Like AC Cement Sheet, Asbestos, Cladding, Fiber Cement Board, Roofing Metal Sheet etc.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for B2C retail sales of building materials, focusing on roofing products such as AC Cement Sheet, Asbestos, Cladding, Fiber Cement Board, Metal Sheet Roofing, and other related items.
- Lead, recruit, train & manage a high-performance sales team
- Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews & ensure target achievement
- Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor & retailer network
- Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners & large customers
- Ensure product availability, stock planning & market coverage
- Handle credit control, collections & receivables management
- Track market trends, competitor activity & drive growth initiatives
- Plan and execute trade promotions & retail activation activities
Must Have:
- Proven experience in handling and leading sales teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
