We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, tender analysis, and cost control for construction projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
- Analyze GFC drawings and project documents
- Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Verify contractor bills and payment certificates
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Estimation
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
- Good analytical and communication skills
