Job Summary
Looking for a Draftsperson with experience in residential and commercial interior projects to prepare detailed, execution-ready drawings and coordinate with design and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, including:
- Layout plans
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Electrical & lighting layouts
- Wall elevations & sections
- Joinery & millwork details
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and site-ready
- Work closely with design and execution teams
- Revise drawings based on site inputs and design updates
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Experience in interior working drawings and detailing
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Ability to interpret design concepts into technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp or similar tools (preferred)
