Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Patient Coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills
- Willingness to work day and night shifts
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
- Manage patient feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain patient records and administrative documentation
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Support front office operations and daily hospital activities
- Perform multitasking duties as assigned by management
