Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth for our Ice Cream Division across South Kerala. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, leading the sales team, ensuring freezer availability, and executing market development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Ice Cream/Dairy/Frozen Foods experience is mandatory.
- Strong distributor management and team handling skills.
- Willing to travel across South Kerala.
