1. Teaching Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Designing and developing courses related to tourism, hospitality management, event management, travel industry operations, etc.
- Classroom Instruction: Delivering lectures, leading discussions, and conducting seminars.
- Student Supervision: Advising students on academic and career issues, overseeing student projects, and mentoring.
- Curriculum Review: Updating curriculum to reflect current trends and industry developments.
2. Research Responsibilities:
- Research Initiatives: Conducting scholarly research in tourism-related fields such as sustainable tourism, cultural tourism, tourism marketing, etc.
- Publication: Publishing research findings in academic journals and presenting at conferences.
- Grant Acquisition: Securing funding for research projects through grants and partnerships.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other faculty members, industry professionals, and international partners on research projects.
