1. Site Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned facilities.
Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, technical, valet, pool, gym, and other facility services.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify operational issues.
Ensure all services are delivered as per company and client standards.
Take immediate corrective action on operational issues.
2. Manpower Management
Plan and monitor manpower deployment as per approved site requirements.
Ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
Coordinate with AFMs and Supervisors regarding absenteeism, weekly offs, leave, and replacements.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, discipline, and performance.
Identify manpower shortages and coordinate recruitment requirements with HR.
Ensure proper deployment of relievers wherever required.
3. Housekeeping & Hygiene
Monitor housekeeping standards and cleaning schedules.
Ensure housekeeping checklists and inspection reports are properly maintained.
Monitor cleaning of common areas, lobbies, corridors, washrooms, podiums, parking areas, swimming pool areas, and other facility spaces.
Ensure proper use and storage of chemicals, machinery, and housekeeping materials.
Review complaints and ensure timely corrective action.
4. Security Coordination
Monitor security operations and deployment.
Ensure guards are properly groomed, uniformed, and deployed as per duty roster.
Coordinate with security supervisors for incidents, visitor management, access control, and security concerns.
Review security registers and incident reports.
5. Technical & Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with technical teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, DG, fire & safety systems, lifts, and other building services.
Ensure complaints and breakdowns are attended to within the required timeline.
Follow up with vendors and service providers for maintenance work.
Maintain records of preventive maintenance activities.
6. Client & Society Coordination
Maintain professional communication with clients, society representatives, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Attend client meetings and discuss operational issues.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
Submit required reports to management and clients within the agreed TAT.
7. Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Verify manpower deployment and work completion.
Follow up on pending jobs, AMC services, and maintenance activities.
Escalate repeated vendor performance issues to management.

Ensure timely submission and review of:

9. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure staff follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
Monitor fire and life-safety arrangements.
Conduct safety inspections and drills as required.
Ensure proper documentation of incidents and corrective actions.
10. Financial & Cost Control
Monitor operational expenses and site requirements.
Control unnecessary consumption and wastage.
Review material and consumable requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, chemicals, and other resources.
Support management in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
11. Team Management
Lead and motivate AFMs, supervisors, housekeeping, security, technical, and other site teams.
Conduct regular team meetings and briefings.
Train staff on SOPs, grooming, discipline, safety, and customer service.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Take corrective action for repeated negligence or non-performance.

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Facility Management / Hotel Management / Engineering background will be an advantage.
Relevant experience in facility management is mandatory.

Working Conditions
The Facility Operations Manager may be required to:
Visit multiple sites.
Attend emergency situations outside normal working hours when required.
Coordinate with teams across different shifts.
Attend client meetings and operational reviews.
Handle urgent operational escalations.
Note: The responsibilities may be modified or expanded based on the operational requirements of the company and client.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
