HR Manager (Remote – India)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance reviews.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply if applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
