We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QE SDET professional with 5+ years of experience to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening automation frameworks, validating complex data pipelines, and ensuring high-quality releases across Conversational Analytics and platform features.
The role requires strong expertise in automation testing, ETL/data validation, Python scripting, and data pipeline testing.

Develop, maintain, and strengthen the automation regression suite for Conversational Analytics features to support release-over-release quality validation.

Design, execute, and maintain automated as well as manual test cases across reporting systems, data pipelines, and platform functionalities.

Perform strong SQL-based data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ETL workflows and reporting layers.

Validate ETL processes, data migration activities, and end-to-end data flow between systems.

Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and cross-functional engineering work streams to identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.

Participate in sprint planning, test estimations, test execution, defect triaging, and sprint-level quality sign offs.

Maintain test documentation, test plans, test cases, defect reports, and automation execution reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5 + years of experience in Quality Engineering / SDET role.

Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of data validation techniques and ETL workflows.

Experience working with large datasets and validating reporting/data analytics platforms.
