PRT Mathematics Teacher who can strip away math anxiety and make numbers fun for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Teach foundational Mathematics to Grades [1 to 5] using activity-based and inquiry-driven teaching methodologies.
- Concept Conceptualization: Utilize math labs, blocks, counters, and real-world examples to teach concepts like geometry, fractions, and mental math.
- Differentiated Learning: Design lessons that cater to varying learning paces, ensuring remedial support for struggling students and enrichment for advanced learners.
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a colorful, welcoming, and highly organized classroom environment that celebrates student work and mathematical thinking.
- Assessment & Tracking: Conduct ongoing formative assessments through observation and interactive quizzes to monitor and report conceptual clarity.
- Parent Engagement: Maintain proactive, positive communication with parents regarding their child’s cognitive development and milestone achievements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate degree / Masters in Mathematics, Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Teaching Degree: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
