A reputed NGO based in Trivandrum requires Security Personnel for its healthcare facility.
Position- Security Guard
Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two Pass
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare security operations
Location: Trivandrum
Age: 40–50 years
Health Requirement: Should be in good physical and mental health suitable for security duties, shift work, and active monitoring responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entry and exit of patients, visitors, and staff as per visitor policy
- Ensure only authorized access to the premises and restricted areas
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activities
- Assist visitors and ensure smooth movement within the facility
- Support traffic and parking management
- Respond to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security incidents
- Maintain basic security records and incident logs
- Ensure safety equipment is functional and report issues
- Protect institutional property and ensure adherence to security SOPs
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
