Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to expand the My Cleaners franchise network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective franchise partners, generating qualified leads, conducting business presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and driving franchise sales from lead generation to franchise onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new franchise business opportunities through field visits, networking, digital leads, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the My Cleaners franchise network.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to franchise agreement signing.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business opportunity discussions with prospective franchise investors.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, ROI, operational process, and support provided by the company.
- Qualify prospective franchise partners based on business potential and company criteria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.
- Represent the company at business expos, networking events, and franchise exhibitions whenever required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs and business investors.
- Strong lead generation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and franchise development activities.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Franchise Development, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in franchise sales, retail expansion, or service-based industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
