About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our e-commerce marketing initiatives across domestic and international marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and performance-driven growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share across channels.
- Monitor product listings, promotions, pricing, and marketplace performance.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and other promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Track sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales growth, and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with catalog, content, design, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to launch new products and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplace ecosystems.
- Experience in marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling both domestic and international marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace reporting dashboards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
