Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector or with multiple brands.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO, website management, and lead generation funnels.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with multiple schools and manage concurrent campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Coordination & Project Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the schools and the external digital marketing agency.
- Ensure all deliverables are executed on time according to the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate the development of creatives, approvals, website updates, campaign launches, and promotional activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and maintain agreed-upon turnaround timelines.
- Conduct regular review meetings with the agency.
2. Social Media Management
- Ensure all approved posts, reels, stories, testimonials, and campaigns are published across all school social media pages.
- Maintain branding consistency while highlighting the unique strengths of each school.
- Coordinate school-specific content, including events, achievements, admissions updates, testimonials, and celebrations.
- Review content quality prior to publishing.
3. Paid Campaign Monitoring
- Monitor the performance of Meta and Google Ads.
- Track campaign budgets, reach, click-through rates (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion trends.
- Analyze high-performing campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Recommend improvements to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure campaigns align with admission targets.
4. Lead Generation & Analytics
- Track digital enquiry generation across all schools.
- Monitor lead performance by source and campaign.
- Analyze enquiry-to-admission conversion trends.
- Prepare insights on effective strategies, areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the admission team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
5. Website Management
- Coordinate website updates with the agency.
- Ensure admission information, fee details, events, achievements, and contact information are kept up to date.
- Monitor website functionality and user experience.
- Suggest improvements to boost enquiry generation.
6. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing the annual digital marketing strategy.
- Recommend campaign ideas based on admission seasonality.
- Propose content themes for individual schools and group-wide branding campaigns.
- Plan digital marketing calendars in alignment with school events and admission cycles.
- Support annual digital marketing budget planning.
7. Outdoor Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate content and creative development for newspapers, hoardings, bus shelters, cinema ads, and other outdoor branding materials.
- Ensure messaging consistency across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for creative approvals when necessary.
8. Reporting & Performance Review
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Present campaign performance with key metrics and actionable insights.
- Share recommendations based on analytics and market trends.
- Maintain records of marketing expenditures and campaign outcomes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
