Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Design, cost, and update menus, including creating daily specials.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, including food prep, plating, and service speed.
- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor culinary staff, including sous chefs and line cooks.
- Financial Control: Manage food inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and labor costs to meet budget goals.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback, complaints, and requests regarding food quality or dietary needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar senior culinary role, often 5+ years.
- Education: A culinary arts degree or equivalent professional training is typically preferred.
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and manage in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, menu engineering, and kitchen equipment.
- Certification: Food safety manager certification (e.g., ServeSafe) and/or American Culinary Federation certification.
- Business Acumen: Proficiency in inventory software, labor management, and cost control.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
