Job Description
BLS HR Operations & Compliance is looking for an HR Associate Intern to join our team in Chennai. This internship is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.
The selected candidate will support recruitment activities and assist with HR compliance for client organizations.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Visit client locations, when required, to support HR compliance activities.
- Assist in verifying statutory registers, labour law records, notices, and other compliance documents.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Indian Labour Laws is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to client locations within Chennai as part of the internship.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling both recruitment and HR compliance responsibilities.
