Job Summary:
GKPS – Gyankunj Pathshala is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Accounts, Taxation & Compliance Trainer to provide practical training in GST, TDS, Income Tax Return (ITR), PF, and ESI. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students and working professionals with industry-relevant skills and hands-on knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on GST concepts, registration, returns, and compliance.
- Teach TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and related procedures.
- Provide practical training on Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
- Train students on PF and ESI regulations, calculations, and compliance procedures.
- Conduct practical sessions using real-world examples and case studies.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Keep training content updated with the latest taxation and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, PF, and ESI.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience preferred.
