Stori Design, a premier name in bespoke interiors, is looking for a visionary Experience Center Manager to lead our flagship location in South Delhi. We need a leader who blends operational excellence with a deep passion for luxury sales and design.
Who You Are
Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail management, specifically within the luxury furniture or high-end lifestyle industry.
Leadership: A proven track record of managing teams, achieving ambitious sales targets, and overseeing complex design projects.
Skills: Expert in sales strategy, CRM/ERP systems, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop strategies to exceed targets, coach the sales team, and monitor high-level metrics to drive growth.
Guest Experience: Ensure the center remains a "beacon of excellence" by engaging with key clients and architects to build lasting rapport.
Operations & Inventory: Supervise daily store operations, implement operational policies, and oversee inventory control to minimize discrepancies.
Design Project Management: Oversee the selection of designs and finishes, ensuring every project aligns with client expectations and our brand’s aesthetic.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team in a collaborative, merit-based environment.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
