Assessment of Learning needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
Supervise and monitor all processes and recommend changes to ensure efficiency of all processes and provide training to all employees across various learning platforms
Govern all processes related to a training or assignment and be able to drive adherence. Improve and write new processes where required to meet business & stakeholder deliverables.
Selecting and managing resources, including working with both employees and department heads/ managers to develop and deliver training.
Manage all relevant stakeholders to successfully implement a program through regular touchpoints and communication.
Managing the technologies and platforms required to develop, manage, and deliver training
Supervise effective induction and orientation sessions.
Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.
Organize Functional, Technical Programs, Certifications, Soft Skills & Management Development. Programs.
Ensure functional requirements for Internal & External Audits are met.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and maintain records.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.
Lead and guide team on projects for organizational improvements

Pay: ₹428,886.41 - ₹650,046.59 per year
