Job Description :-
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as Electrical BIM Modeler specifically on building/industrial MEP projects, with at least 2-3+ years on Revit-based electrical modeling
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as Electrical BIM Modeler specifically on building/industrial MEP projects, with at least 2+ years on Revit-based electrical modeling
- Strong experience in developing detailed electrical BIM models (power, lighting, cable trays, earthing, ELV containment) up to minimum LOD 300 for coordination and IFC drawings

- Proven experience in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools, including resolving clashes with mechanical and architectural services

- Good understanding of electrical services layouts, single line diagrams, panel schedules, and cable sizing concepts for large commercial/industrial buildings

- Ability to create, modify, and manage Revit families, view templates, and project templates as per company/client BIM standards

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
