We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Manager to provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Tender Department. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and sales personnel to ensure smooth execution of tender submissions, order processing, dispatch activities, and invoicing. This role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Coordinate and support the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders and quotations.
- Collect and compile required technical, commercial, and compliance documents for tender submissions.
- Maintain tender records, submission schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor tender portals and communicate relevant opportunities to the sales team.
Sales Support
- Act as the primary support resource for the sales team and ensure timely fulfillment of their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Procurement, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Technical teams to facilitate order execution.
- Follow up on pending tasks, documentation, approvals, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and order status updates.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with customers regarding documentation, order status, delivery schedules, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies for quotations, technical documents, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.
Dispatch & Logistics Management
- Monitor order processing and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain dispatch records.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and provide regular updates to the sales team.
Invoicing & Documentation
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for timely invoice generation.
- Verify order details before invoicing to ensure accuracy.
- Track pending invoices, payment status, and customer documentation requirements.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, dispatch documents, purchase orders, and customer correspondence.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized records of tenders, orders, contracts, invoices, and customer data.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales support, tender management, administration, or order processing.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
